Fully equipped for four people, central and with lots of natural light, we offer you a complete apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large interior patio and garage.

We are flexible in the arrival and departure times. Likewise, if you need to leave your suitcases somewhere, we can keep them. Ask us.

Each group has different preferences and needs, and each time of the year is different.

Do you travel with children? We have been doing it for years :-) We know what they usually need and that it's not always easy to carry everything in the suitcase. Highchairs, night lights, playground for babies, games, movies, books ... On the apartment we have many useful things. Ask us if you have any questions or requests.

Do you bring bicycles? In the patio, a safe space, you can leave them under a protective cover.

We will give you a short personalized guide with tips and recommendations. If you want, you can ask us about any question or give us the details of your trip to better adjust its content.

We are always available. We live just 5 minutes from the apartment, don't hesitate to call us if you need anything!

We are a traveling family and we have prepared the apartment with everything necessary for short and long stays, just as we would like to find it if we were the guests, with special care in the needs of the families (if you miss something, don't hesitate to ask).

LIVING ROOM:

- Dining table for 6 people.

- 49 "TV, TV wall bracket, connected to the Internet, with free HBO and Filmin.

- DVD Player.

- 3-4 seater sofa.

- Board games and reading books, children and adults.

- High chairs for children (optional).

- 1x1 meter playground (optional).

KITCHEN:

- Home appliances: refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and hob.

- Small equipment: Dolce Gusto coffee machine (Nestlé), kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, sandwich maker.

- Full kitchen utensils (glasses, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, cooking utensils, tablecloths, etc.).

- Cleaning products.

- Basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, sugar ...).

- Varied breakfast, coffee and infusions.

- Recycling bins.

- Fire extinguisher.

MAIN BEDROOM:

- 135 cm double bed, with bedding (duvet, sheets and blankets).

Location

The apartment is in a very good location (next to Carmelitano), central but out of the busiest streets.

There is a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.

The health center is 2 minutes away. Festival grounds (FIB, Rototom and others) is 15 minute walk and also the beaches of Els Terrers and Torre de Sant Vicent (both with blue flag and nothing crowded, nor in summer). 10 minutes walk from Aquarama (fun water park), and a go-kart circuit.

Only 1 minute from the taxi and bus stop. 15 minutes walk from the train station. By car, access to and from the highway is quick and easy, and we have a parking in the same building.
