Comfortable apt. with great views and pool

Enjoy the Mediterranean sunrise in a complex with swimming pool, parking, tennis courts and direct access to the beach. You will rest in a queen size bed. In its spacious living-dining room, you have a TV with HBO and other platforms. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare dinner and serve it on its fresh balcony, with great views of the mountains and the sea.

We are flexible in the arrival and departure times. Likewise, if you need to leave your suitcases somewhere, we can keep them. Ask us.

Each group has different preferences and needs, and each time of the year is different.

Do you travel with children? We have been doing it for years :-) We know what they usually need and that it's not always easy to carry everything in the suitcase. Highchairs, night lights, playground for babies, games, movies, books ... On the apartment we have many useful things. Ask us if you have any questions or requests.

Do you bring bicycles? In the storage room you can leave them locked.

We will give you a short personalized guide with tips and recommendations. If you want, you can ask us about any question or give us the details of your trip to better adjust its content.

We are always available. We live just 5 minutes from the apartment, don't hesitate to call us if you need anything!

We are a traveling family and we have prepared the apartment with everything necessary for short and long stays, just as we would like to find it if we were the guests, with special care in the needs of the families (if you miss something, don't hesitate to ask).

This is what you will find in each room:

LIVING ROOM:

- 43" TV, connected to the Internet, with free HBO, Filmin and Disney+.

- Sofa bed.

- Armchair.

- High chairs for children (optional).

- 1x1 meter playground (optional).

- A spacious and fresh balcony with mountain and sea views, and a table and chairs for 4 people.

KITCHEN:

- Home appliances: refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and hob.

- Small equipment: Dolce Gusto coffee machine (Nestlé), kettle, toaster and juicer.

- Full kitchen utensils (glasses, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, cooking utensils, tablecloths, etc.).

- Cleaning products.

- Basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, sugar ...).

- Varied breakfast, coffee and infusions.

- Fire extinguisher.

- Dining table for 4 people.

- Ceiling fan.

BEDROOM:

- 150 cm double bed (queen size), with bedding (duvet, sheets and blankets).

- Wardrobe with hangers and drawers.

- Ceiling fan.

- Cot (optional).

- Children's night light (optional).

BATHROOM:

- Full bathroom with shower.

- Hair dryer.

- Bathroom heater.

- Towels and bath products.

STORAGE ROOM:

- Spacious storage room where you can leave beach things or bicycles

- Swimming pool for adults and children, with showers and with a garden area with natural grass.

- Children's play area.

- Two tennis courts.

You will have the whole apartment for you. In the complex, you have access to two tennis courts, a community pool, showers, a children's play area, a garden area with natural grass and direct access to the beach.

Location

The apartment is in a great location, in a complex of buildings by the sea, on Heliópolis beach.

There is a wide range of bars and restaurants, and a pharmacy.

A 25-30 minute walk away is the festival grounds (FIB, Rototom and others; the festivals also organize bus service), Aquarama (a fun water park), and a go-kart circuit.

Benicàssim has a train station, connected by bus and with a taxi stand (mainly in summer). Walking is a little far, 45 minutes.

By car, access to the national highway, the AP7 motorway and the A7 motorway is quick and easy. The garage space is in the same complex.

At the door there is a stop for the company Avanza Bus (Madrid bus line), and a few meters away there are several stops for local bus lines.
